Production Line Welder
Twin Equipment is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Production Line Welder to join our manufacturing team. The Welder will be responsible for efficiently and accurately performing welding tasks on a production line. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in various welding techniques, the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, and a commitment to meeting production targets.

Job Responsibilities
Our Production Line Welders are the best in their trade. Minimum expectations include:
- Perform welding tasks on a production line, following established procedures and quality standards.
- Set up and operate welding equipment, ensuring proper calibration and maintenance.
- Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols to produce accurate welds.
- Assist in the training of new team members on welding processes and techniques.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Production Line Welder or similar role.
- Certification in welding techniques (MIG).
- Familiarity with welding materials and equipment used in a production setting.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

The Shipper, Yard Keeper, Order Picker, will be responsible to assist with shipping, help with picking orders and help with inventory. This position will inspect and verify shipped goods for both incoming and outgoing items prior to signing off; reject damaged goods. This role will also manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies. The Shipper, Yard Keeper must high school diploma, GED.

Job Duties
- Assemble containers and crates for shipping
- Maintain organized work area according to policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Inspect and verify shipped goods for both incoming and outgoing items prior to signing off; reject damaged goods
- Oversee cargo handling and secure loads in accordance with established safety requirements
- Resolve any cases of missing documentation, shipments, or deliveries
- Verify receipts of shipments as required
- Accurately and appropriately file correspondence, invoices, and receipts
- Adhere to established safe working procedures and wear the proper safety equipment at all times
- Compile, verify, record, and process documentation
- Receive and process warehouse stock products
- Report any discrepancies in inventory to management
- Operate lifting devices such as forklifts and hoists
- Manually load and unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, and lifting devices
- Tag, mark, or label stock items and ensure they are placed in correct storage location
- Record contents of shipping containers in accordance with established methods
- Inspect product to ensure saleable condition with acceptable coding
Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- Demonstrated time management skills
- High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment
- High level of integrity and work ethic
Work Conditions
- Monday thru Friday 7:00-4:00
- Occasional overtime
- Operation and use of necessary tools, machinery, or equipment
- Extended periods of standing, and other physically demanding conditions
- Lifting, moving, or manipulating objects up to (22) kilograms
